Screen Time Control is designed with privacy in mind. Your Screen Time settings, focus schedules, app selections, reports, progress, sleep information, and motion activity remain on your device.
We do not operate any servers to collect or store your personal Screen Time information.
Screen Time Control uses Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time frameworks to provide app blocking and focus sessions.

Screen Time Control cannot access or view the content of your apps, messages, photos, emails, or browsing history.
Screen Time Control save Sleep data from Apple Health to show your previous night's rest alongside your screen time.
Be Active save Sleep from Health to show last night's rest alongside your screen time. It never writes to Health, and your sleep data stays on your device.
Be Active reads motion data your iPhone already records to show how much of your day you spend still versus moving.
It never uses your location, and this data stays on your device.
